I cannot adjust or cancel my reservation online.

Every restaurant which is connected to Couverts uses different settings. Therefore is it possible that you have a limited time to adjust or cancel your reservation, it depends on the settings of the restaurant.  You can adjust your reservation at your reservation page of your Couverts profile, or if you do not have a Couverts profile you can easily call or e-mail the restaurant.
