I didn’t receive an e-mail after my reservation, how is this possible?

When you make a reservation and your email address is known, you receive an email including a link to submit a review to Couverts.nl. Usually, you can expect this e-mail around 10 o’clock the next day. You will only receive this message when you didn’t cancel the reservation, and you actually visited the restaurant.

If, in any case, you didn’t receive this email, it is possible that it is sent to the wrong address or that it was placed in your spam inbox.

However, if you have met these requirements and you still didn’t receive an email, please contact us via consument@couverts.nl.
