Why didn’t I get any Couvert Coins after my reservation?

Couverts Coins will only be added to your profile when:

- You made the reservation online, with Couverts.nl or the app

- The reservation is connected to a registered and approved Couverts profile

- The reservation is not cancelled or submitted as a ‘no-show’ by the restaurant


Does your reservation meet the requirements above, but you haven’t received them yet? Send an email to consument@couverts.nl.
